Quail Construction has been in the traffic control industry for over 20 years. What once was a small company ran out of a spare bedroom has turned into a statewide operation with 6 locations throughout the state of Arizona. Over the years our services have expanded from traffic control to asphalt & concrete restoration, trench protection, attenuator trucks, much more.

Quail Construction LLC is a Traffic Control Barricade/Restoration Company in the State of Arizona with regional offices in Flagstaff, Fort Mohave, Phoenix, Prescott, Tucson, and Yuma. We bring the highest level of traffic control barricade/restoration experience available to government and private projects, ensuring the success and on-time completion of projects we are a part of.
We are looking for dedicated employees to join our team. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and possess the following qualifications:
- Capable of following specific directions from supervisor with acute attention to detail
- Cooperative team player attitude required
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to lift 80 lbs. and preform repetitive tasks
- Able to work nights or weekends if necessary and willing to work at other branch locations, if necessary
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens
- Should exhibit good judgement in the field including safe work practices around live traffic and adhere to the company safety policy and procedures at all times
- Willingness to improve industry knowledge & learn new skills
